Two weeks ago Giorgio Fareira became a YouTube sensation with his music video at a Sonic restaurant drive-thru (http://bit.ly/ggosonic) and caught the attention of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Just days before appearing on Ellen, Giorgio came to Blue Microphones studio to record three title tracks to be released on iTunes after the show airs on Tuesday, February 14.

“I was excited to get the opportunity to come to Blue’s in-house studio in L.A. to record these tracks while I was in town for the Ellen Show,” said Fareira at Blue studios. “I was blown away by how warm my vocals sounded on Kiwi and can’t wait to release these tracks.”

Fareira used Blue Microphones’ Dragonfly on guitar and Kiwi on vocals to record “Woe is Me Without You,” “Someday,” and “Dear Ellen” during his session at the Blue studio.  These three tracks will be available for download on iTunes here:http://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/the-interstate-life/id502508213

“We were excited to have Giorgio to Blue’s studio and support this emerging artist,” said Tyler Barth, VP of Entertainment Relations for Blue Microphones. “Artists like Giorgio are the heart and soul of our products and inspiring them is a main priority. We can’t wait to hear what he will create.”

Using only an iPhone, this acoustic, indie rock artist with roots in pop punk, rock n roll, jazz, and bluegrass created a viral music video recording his melodious order at a Sonic drive-thru window. Now with his video nearing two million views, Fareira will be a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show airing on NBC on Tuesday, February 14th.
