Presonus unveiled Version 2 of it’s new Studio One recording, mixing, mastering and distribution software at NAMM.

One of our backstage visits at NAMM this year was with Presonus, who gave us a full rundown of not only their new VSL Audioboxes, but the whole skinny on version 2 of Studio One, an integrated easy to use recording software package that takes the tedium out of recording by removing the layers of technical crap that can easily get in the way of both the beginner and the seasoned pro.

Studio One comes in three different versions: Artist, Producer and Professional – each tailored to the needs of that particular person and integrating tools that are easy to use. In all versons, the goal is the same: make more music, faster, and with fewer technical headaches.
