Gibson Supports the Emerging Music Scene Through Partnership and an Interactive NH7 Gibson Guitar Area at the Festival on November 18-20
Gibson Guitar has announced that it will partner with Bacardi NH7 Weekender 2011 which is a multi-genre, multi-stage, first-of-its-kind annual music festival that started in 2010. In just one year, Bacardi NH7 Weekender has become the most anticipated music festival in the country.
Gibson Guitar Chairman and CEO Henry Juszkiewicz says, “Gibson Guitar has been working with artists and musicians in India since 2007. We see this partnership as a natural progression to supporting the emerging contemporary music scene.”

Attendees can be part of the first Gibson India Video. Gibson will be shooting a crowd-sourced video at the Weekender this year. Visitors can participate in Gibson Listens, which is a program where musicians and guitarists tell us their ideas for new models and can suggest changes and modifications to existing models.
Fans can enter the Great Gibson Guitar Giveaway, where one lucky festival-goer will win a Gibson SG. The winner will be announced on the Gibson India Facebook Page (www.Facebook.com/GibsonGuitarIndia).
About the Festival
The Bacardi NH7 Weekender has become the happiest and most anticipated music festival in the country. This year the festival promises 150 artists (over the festival and pre-parties), 75 pre-parties, 6 stages, 17 acres and 3 days of non-stop, unprecedented music and performances including sets by internationally acclaimed musicians, Imogen Heap and Basement Jaxx.
