LOS ANGELES, CA – APRIL 28, 2011
Daisy Rock Girl Guitars welcomes singer-songwriter and youth ambassador, Alexandra Rose Rieger, to the family. Rieger plays a Bubinga Butterfly Jumbo Acoustic-Electric guitar and uses her talents to influence and make a positive impact on others’ lives through acting, dancing, music, art and writing.
As a skilled guitarist and piano player, Reiger’s vocally driven songs and honest lyrics are complemented by catchy riffs and soaring instrumentals. Her old soul yet young spirit shines through every note and her passion for life is impressed upon every word. She has always used music to make a difference and words to make an impact, drawing from the experiences in her own life to help others. She began singing and playing piano at the age of 2 ½, and by the age of five, she could perform complex classical pieces by ear. From a young age, she has given benefit concerts and mentored disadvantaged youth in music.
Rieger is a youth ambassador for the In A Perfect World Foundation that hosts a star studded event at the Los Angeles Ronald McDonald House (RMH) for children and families. In less than a year, she has collectively raised more than $1,000,000 to benefit children worldwide. “It’s unbelievable how much compassion Alexandra has for others! The fact that she uses her music to help them be a good role model is SO awesome! We feel very honored to have her with us.” says Tish Ciravolo, President and Founder of Daisy Rock Girl Guitars.
Alexandra Rose Rieger is scheduled to release her new EP entitled Every Rose Has It’s Thorns.
