Billboard chart-topping, multi Grammy® Award-winning, gospel music artist Bishop Hezekiah Walker (photo above), with Grammy® Award-winning artist Tye Tribbett and Stellar Award-winning gospel singer and songwriter, VaShawn Mitchell, will kick off the BRIDGE TO BELIEVE TOUR on September 11th in Dallas, Texas, at The Potter’s House, home to Bishop T.D. Jakes.
In a historical first, these three diverse gospel artists will bridge gospel’s classical, spiritual roots to its modern place of positivity and inspiration. The praise-worthy 22-city tour, presented by New Gospel Entertainment, will find its way to the nation’s largest mega-churches (capacities ranging from 5,000 to 7,000), passing through major cities nationwide.
In addition to Potter’s House, the BRIDGE TO BELIEVE TOUR will be making stops at some of the nation’s largest congregations, including Mount Zion Baptist (Bishop Joseph Warren Walker, III) and Allen Cathedral (Rev. Floyd Flake).
Impact Television Network, media partner of the BRIDGE TO BELIEVE TOUR, will be providing remote broadcasts from select venues throughout the tour, allowing for audiences nationwide to experience the spectacular event.

For the past three decades, Grammy® Award-winning choir director Bishop Hezekiah Walker has become the face of the black Gospel choir with his classic hits, “Souled Out,” “Grateful,” and “I Need You To Survive.” In 2014 he set Billboard history with the longest running #1 song on Billboard’s Gospel charts, “Every Praise.” Walker’s first 13 albums have all also been featured on Billboard’s Top Gospel Chart, four of which have earned him 10 Stellar Awards. Bishop’s 14th forthcoming album, “Azusa The Next Generation,” was released in 2013. Walker is the founder and leader of the Love Fellowship Choir (LFC), and Pastor and Bishop of the Love Fellowship Tabernacle. Award-winning singer, songwriter and producer, VaShawn Mitchell, released an all new EP this August, titled ‘GOD MY GOD.’ The extended play release includes Mitchell’s rising new radio single, “God My God,” along with three additional songs, ”Amaze Me,” featuring Anthony Brown, ”This Is To You,” and “Your Name…The Moment.” The songs are part of an epic, two-part live recording in Chicago and Atlanta. The full-length live recording album, UNSTOPPABLE, will be released this fall.
